Posti will be open during Easter. Due to the restrictions and changes resulting from the coronavirus, some services are subject to changes.

Service points on the premises of Posti’s partner companies:

Posti has more than 2,100 service points around Finland. Many of Posti’s service points operate on the premises of Posti’s partner businesses — such as shops, kiosks and service stations — and they are usually open according to the partners’ business opening hours. In these cases, you can check the exceptional opening hours on each partner’s website.

Posti’s own shops:

Posti’s own shops will be open as usual on Maundy Thursday (April 9).

During Easter, Posti’s own shops will be closed on Good Friday but they are exceptionally open on Saturday and Sunday. For more information about Posti’s service points, go to: www.posti.fi/postit. Posti has been forced to close some of its service points and mailboxes because the premises that they are located on are closed due to the coronavirus. You can find a list of the currently unavailable service points on our website.

Posti Parcel Lockers will be available during the opening hours of shops and shopping centers. You can pick up your parcels and online purchases from the parcel locker and drop off pre-paid parcels for transport.

Due to the exceptionally high volume of parcels, Posti has opened three temporary parcel pickup points in Helsinki, Espoo and Tuusula. For information regarding the exceptions pertaining to parcel services, go to our website.

When it comes to letter and parcel items, there are a few exceptions regarding some countries. You can find up to date, country-specific information regarding the delivery of letter and parcel items on our website.

Smartpost parcel lockers on the premises of housing companies are available to residents 24/7. In addition to picking up and dropping off parcels and online purchases, these parcel lockers can also be used for dropping off pre-paid letters and postcards.
