A strategic step forward in Posti and CGI’s expanding collaboration
This pilot is part of a broader partnership between Posti and CGI, focused on developing OmaPosti into a trusted national digital service channel. During the pilot, CGI will evaluate its employees’ experiences and perceptions of receiving payroll statements via OmaPosti. This is not just about testing a new delivery method—it is about shaping the future of work-life communication.

“In spring 2024, we conducted an extensive customer survey revealing that many Finns feel overwhelmed by scattered information across multiple platforms. Multi-channel communication creates friction and makes everyday management more difficult. An overwhelming 90% of respondents expressed a desire to receive all digital communications in one place. We aim to develop a solution where consumers can find and retain all important messages, avoiding the risk of losing critical information across various channels,” says Elizabeth Kerppola, Director of Digital Growth at Posti.
