The National Company "Poșta Română" continues its modernization strategy through a new significant investment in the vehicle fleet, aimed at increasing the efficiency of courier services and ensuring safer and faster transport. This initiative reflects the company's commitment to continuous adaptation to market needs and the accelerated pace of changes in the logistics sector.

The new stage of the modernization process involves the purchase, through financial leasing for a period of two years, of high-performance vehicles, which will benefit from CASCO policies valid for four years and RCA insurance for the first year.

The estimated value of the investment is 25,380,018 lei (excluding VAT) and includes:

  • 24 trucks with a capacity of 18–20 tons;
  • 12 18-ton trailers.

This acquisition is part of a broad program of transformation and modernization of the company, complementing recent investments in IT equipment, automation solutions and the development of modern services, aligned with customer requirements and European standards.

Through this initiative, Poșta Română reconfirms its leading position on the postal and logistics services market in Romania, demonstrating a long-term vision oriented towards quality, safety and operational efficiency.
