Polish Post Trust Services
On October 5, 2021, Poczta Polska introduced its first trust service – the Public Registered Electronic Delivery Service (PURDE). This service is used for communication with and to public entities, meaning that one of the parties must always be a public entity. The Designated Operator is responsible for providing it.
To complement this offering for communication between non-public entities, Poczta Polska has introduced the Qualified RDE Service (e-Registered). This is another trust service that involves sending messages between two parties, i.e., the sender and the recipient, via a trusted third-party IT system. The system ensures the security of the shipment, its integrity (unchanged from the beginning to the end of the service), and evidence of this process, confirming participation in the communication process. It also provides precise timing of individual events (dispatch, pre-notification, receipt).
What's next?
Thanks to the commitment of teams at Poczta Polska, further development in the area of electronic trust services is possible.
Poczta Polska is introducing a new trust service, e-Archive, which enables secure file storage in a space provided by Poczta Polska and provides proof of archiving with a qualified time stamp. The service is available to all ADE holders with a Delivery Box activated with Poczta Polska, meaning both public and private entities.
e-Archive Benefits:
· Convenience : Access your electronic documents anytime, anywhere on any device.
· Security: documents are encrypted and password protected, authentication to the service using an electronic identification means.
· Improved sharing : ability to share a file with a person without e-Archive permissions.
· Ecology : reduction of paper consumption, which contributes to environmental protection.
