A team has been established that regularly focuses on the area of work-life balance, awareness-raising on the importance of balance has been carried out, and training for managers has been organised. Various forms of support are available to employees, such as psychological counselling, the inclusion of children in practical training and numerous activities aimed at improving the well-being and inclusion of employees.
Pošta Slovenije and IPPS will continue to follow the plan for implementing existing measures and introduce new ones every three years, which will continue to strengthen the culture of understanding and balance between the private and professional lives of employees.
