CTT – Correios de Portugal informs that the Executive Committee for the 2026/2028 term was elected this Thursday, April 30th, following the resolutions of the shareholders' general meeting.

The Executive Committee is composed of three members: Guy Pacheco, who assumes the role of CEO; Joana Freitas, who will serve as CFO; and João Sousa, who retains his role as CCO.

“I assume the leadership of CTT with a sense of responsibility and with the clear ambition of establishing ourselves as the Iberian leader in e-commerce logistics, while strengthening Mail and Services and accelerating the growth of Banco CTT. I thank the shareholders and the Board of Directors of CTT for the confidence they place in my leadership. It is with total dedication that we will build the next cycle, with a united team, with technology at the service of the customer and with a commitment to creating sustainable value,” says Guy Pacheco, CEO of CTT.

The Board of Directors, elected at the general meeting, consists of Raúl Galamba, who retains his position as Chairman. The members are Guy Pacheco, João Sousa, Joana Freitas, María del Carmen Gil Marín, Duarte Palma Leal Champalimaud, Jürgen Schröder, Margarida Maria Correia de Barros Couto, Ana Isabel dos Santos Dias Garcia da Fonseca, Christopher James Torino, and Luís Miguel Gonçalves Lopes.

The Audit Committee is composed of María del Carmen Gil Marín, Ana Isabel dos Santos Dias Garcia da Fonseca, and Christopher James Torino.

The General Assembly's board will once again consist of Teresa Sapiro Anselmo Vaz Ferreira Soares as president and José Luís Pereira Alves da Silva as vice-president.

Finally, the Remuneration Committee elected at the General Assembly is composed of Nuno Manuel da Silva Amado, Maria Isabel da Silva Marques Abranches Silva Viegas and Tomás Palma Leal Champalimaud.
