Users of Omniva Picapac private parcel machines can now also benefit from a laundry service. Textiles that need cleaning can be left in the private parcel machine at home, and freshly cleaned items will be returned within up to five working days.

“We want to make everyday services as convenient as possible. People are already used to sending and receiving parcels through parcel machines, and now we can offer the same convenience for laundry services,” said Aleksei Kolesnikov, Product Manager of Omniva Picapac.

To use the service, customers simply select the desired service on the Picapac website, place the textiles that need cleaning in a laundry bag and leave the bag in their private parcel machine. Omniva takes care of transportation and return delivery.

The service can be used for a wide range of items, including bed linen, towels, clothes and coats. The final price depends on the selected service package and the contents of the laundry bag.

Currently, the service is available to Picapac users in Harju County, Tartu, Pärnu and Haapsalu. Customers from other regions can join a waiting list, and the service may be expanded to additional areas if there is sufficient demand.
