Madrid, July 14, 2026 – Correos continues to expand and diversify its range of services and products in its offices, incorporating new procedures and transactions for various state, regional, and local administrations. These include the payment of fees and taxes to several public entities through Correos Pay . The company currently has a total of 290 agreements with public administrations and companies throughout Spain.

These collaboration agreements signed with regional entities, provincial councils, city councils and municipal companies allow access to services that make life easier for citizens and businesses through the more than 2,300 post offices and the nearly 6,000 rural postmen and postwomen , thanks to which it is possible to carry out a large part of these procedures and transactions at home through their PDA devices, which allow offering services that previously could only be carried out in offices.

During the first six months of this year, the logistics company processed over 132,000 payments of fees and taxes for various public entities through this service. In 2025, Correos Pay carried out 290,627 transactions with various public administrations and companies, representing a 5.3% increase over the previous year and demonstrating the positive reception the service is receiving from citizens and businesses.

Correos has collaboration agreements and contracts with various public bodies to facilitate citizens' payment of taxes, fees, and duties at post offices and through rural services. It currently collaborates with the Government of La Rioja and has signed framework agreements with the Autonomous Communities of Aragon and Extremadura , as well as with various tax agencies , including those of Catalonia, Andalusia, Valencia, Galicia, Aragon, La Rioja, and Castilla-La Mancha. 

To these must be added the agreements signed with a total of 24 provincial councils , with the recent addition of Granada, as well as those of Barcelona, Salamanca, A Coruña, Zaragoza, Málaga, Córdoba, and León, among others. Correos also manages the payment of fees and taxes for 169 municipalities , including Barcelona, Segovia, Huesca, Valladolid, Lugo, Lloret de Mar, León, A Coruña, Palencia, Málaga, Ávila, Zamora, Cuenca, Sabadell, Vigo, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Altea, Lorca, Huelva, Majadahonda, and Alcalá de Henares.
