We would like to inform our customers that due to the ongoing partial strike by Canada Post, some areas of Canada may be affected by the strike, which may result in delivery delays. For this reason, in the current situation, we do not guarantee the adherence to the shipping time and delivery time of shipments.
At the same time, effective from October 15, 2025, we are stopping the acceptance of all shipments to Belarus and from October 16, 2025 to Russia. The reason is the closure of border crossings between Poland and Belarus. All shipments submitted before this date that are returned to Slovak Post and the carrier due to force majeure will be returned to the senders in Slovakia.
