We are proud to share that Posti has received Amazon’s “Lowest Carbon Intensity” award at Amazon’s Sustainability Summit on October 8, 2026.

Posti is among Amazon’s top three carriers with the lowest carbon intensity in 2026. The award recognizes the progress we are making towards our climate targets to have fossil-free road transportation by 2030 and net-zero emissions by 2040. In our Annual Report 2025 we outline our transition plan on how we are planning to achieve our targets.

Sustainability is an integral part of Posti Group’s strategy and the way we develop our operations for the future. Reducing emissions helps us respond to the expectations of our customers and society while building more sustainable logistics. 

As a recoignition of our concrete environmental actions, our ecommerce deliveries were just certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. Ecolabel is only granted to services and products that meet strict environmental criteria and whose environmental work are verified through an independent assessment. Posti is now only logistics company in Finland, whose ecommerce deliveries are ecolabelled. 

The award by Amazon provides important external recognition that our long-term direction and everyday actions are producing results. It also reflects the determined work taking place across Posti. Together, we are turning our climate ambitions into practical action, one delivery at a time.
