PostNL reported a mixed financial performance in 2025. Net sales increased 2.2% to €3,324m, while total revenue rose 2.4% to €3,334m.

EBITDA improved by 9.3% to €248m, and the EBITDA margin increased from 6.9% to 7.4%. However, profitability deteriorated sharply below EBITDA.
Depreciation, amortisation and impairments increased 20.7% to €237m, reducing EBIT to €11m, down from €37m in 2024. The EBIT margin fell from 1.1% to 0.3%. Other profit/loss worsened from -€8m to -€29m, and PostNL reported a loss before tax of €18m.
