In July 2020, IPC carried out survey of 267 SME E-Retailers in France, Germany, the UK and the US.

IPC produced a report on findings of the survey, which looks at e-retailer activities related to parcel delivery, plus their preferences for how posts can better meet their needs. This report as available to those logged on to the IPC website.
