As part of the UNEX™ measurement activities, the UNEX™ team published the annual UNEX™ Quality of Service report, providing statistical performance results for participating countries in Europe.

Below are the results reports from 1996 up to 2024.

In line with the strategic evolution of the postal market, the IPC member posts agreed to close the UNEX™ measurement service at the end of December 2025. Because of this decision, the annual performance results for 2025 were no longer published officially via this website, but all necessary information has been shared with the participating postal operators.
