We are looking for a General Services and Prevention Advisor to join our administration team.
Context
This role will be reporting to the Administrative Services Manager and will work closely with Human Resources, Communication, Security, Procurement, Technology, Management and Staff.

Objective
The General Services and Prevention Advisor provides effective and cost-efficient management of all Support Services on-site.
Key responsibilities
- Health and Safety: as Internal Prevention and Safety (P&S) Advisor, is responsible for physical and mental health and safety on the workfloor and the broader work environment. Lead to First-Aid and Fire brigades. In charge of P&S plans.
- Facilities Management is responsible and coordinates all technical supports, intervention, audits and controles required at the office, with external providers.
- Budget and Risk Control: controles suppliers’ invoices and ensures compliance with all regulatory and policy governance in areas managed at all times, and ensures services and staff adhere to policy and do not put company reputation or staff at risk.
- Business Continuity: ensures procedures are in place to minimise the impact following the potential invocation of the Company’s business continuity plan, within/without working hours.
- Supports Management in case of crisis management. Oversees the contingency call tree. Primary contact person to external providers in case of crisis management.
- Projects: manages the delivery of special projects related to the services provided.
- Internal communication: is responsible for all communication to the staff in relation to the above-described scope of responsibilities.
- Administrative Support: handles administrative responsibilities in support of departmental
activities.

Your profile
- Bachelor‘s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Formal professional IPA certification (Level III).
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with both internal and external parties and service providers at all levels in a courteous and professional manner.
- Excellent organisational skills and logical and technical thinking, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Confident and reliable.
- Discretion and tact when dealing with difficult situations.
- Methodical approach and ability to think laterally in dealing with diverse situations.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility
- Language skills: Fluent French/Dutch and English.
