The IPC Senior Executive Forum on Innovation in the e-Commerce value chain was held at Google and at IPC in Brussels.
Day one of the forum was held at Google’s offices in Brussels and included presentations from Google and the European Parliament’s SME Europe.
Day two of the forum focused on how posts are innovating along the full e-Commerce logistics supply chain. Delegates shared how their organisations are using core postal competencies to innovate successfully, or fail fast and learn. Topics for discussion included fulfilment delivery warehousing and the use of technology and returns logistics. This forum also included presentations by external speakers from companies partnering with postal operators to provide commercially sustainable and scalable business innovation solutions.
