At the request of a number of IPC CEOs, IPC organised an Executive Workshop on New Services for Postal Frontline Staff. This workshop took place at the IPC offices in Brussels on 26-27 April.
The objective of this executive workshop was to share best practice on additional revenue generating services which can be undertaken on postal carrier routes e.g. healthcare, utilities meter reading, and retail delivery.
During this workshop delegates from bpost, Correos, Luxembourg Post, Posti, Swiss Post, and from the external telecommunications provider Proximus, shared information on services that have been implemented and those which are being developed with a view to exchanging innovative ideas and benchmarking best practice.
