<p>This forum in Bangkok was attended senior executives from postal operators in the Asian-Pacific region and focused on the network benefits of cross-border e-Commerce, growing B2C e-Commerce within the region, and the benefits of participating in the IPC INTERCONNECT.</p>

IPC organised this forum in Bangkok in partnership with the Asian-Pacific Postal Union (APPU) and the Asian-Pacific Postal College (APPC).

Delegates from East-Asian posts, including China Post Group, India Post, Japan Post, Norway Post, PhilPost and Vietnam Post participated in a three-day e-Commerce Asian-Pacific Forum. The forum was the occasion for a selection of senior executives and managers from East-Asian posts to discuss e-Commerce growth challenges in the region, share best practices as well as personal  experiences as active online consumers. 

How to enable posts to benefit from growing cross-border e-Commerce was one of the main topics of the forum. East-Asian posts discussed how they could benefit from the cross-border e-Commerce solutions developed through IPC INTERCONNECT.
