On 6 and 7 May a workshop on sustainability was held at the IPC office in Brussels, Belgium. The workshop was attended by 12 posts (bpost, Correos y Telégrafos, CTT, Deutsche Post DHL, Le Groupe La Poste, Nigerian Postal Service, Austrian Post, POST Luxembourg, Poste Italiane, Norway Post, Royal Mail, Swiss Post and USPS).

The workshop was attended by 12 posts (bpost, Correos y Telégrafos, CTT, Deutsche Post DHL, Le Groupe La Poste, Nigerian Postal Service, Austrian Post, POST Luxembourg, Poste Italiane, Norway Post, Royal Mail, Swiss Post and USPS).

During the first day, participants discussed the EMMS results and the results of the pilots on sustainable procurement and waste management. On day two the emphasis was on how to organise effective stakeholder dialogue; the discussion also focussed on one stakeholder, the sub-contracted road transporters.

The workshop also saw guest presentations from: Pamela Brazier (Wildlife Works), Wim Peeters (Eco Vadis) and Daniel Jaetsch (Green Freight Europe).
