Total revenue grew by a fifth in 2020, driven by the integration of new subsidiaries for GeoPost and La Banque Postale, as well as strong e-commerce parcels growth.

Group parcels and express volumes grew 38% year on year, driven by significantly higher B2C volumes for DPD subsidiaries across Europe. Acquisitions were able to offset organic revenue decline for the post’s financial and digital service divisions in 2020, with La Banque Postale recording a 37% increase in net banking income thanks the integration of CNP Assurances. However, with mail volumes dropping by more than a fifth, the mail division recorded a steady drop in revenue for the year.
