DHL Parcel has just launched a new service offering delivery of online orders to private customers in Spain and Portugal in its latest B2C product expansion. The new ‘DHL Parcel Iberia’ service will enable consumers to receive their online purchase when and where they prefer by offering several delivery alternatives. This will speed up deliveries and also improve the first-time delivery success rate. To achieve this, DHL Parcel will extend delivery times until 9:00 pm from Monday to Friday and until 2:00 pm on Saturdays, in order to offer a wide coverage in the main cities of Spain and Portugal.
