FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) announced today that it has been recognized as one of the 2018 Best Companies to Work For by FORTUNE Magazine and the global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work. This prestigious list is based on more than 50 factors in the workplace, including trust in managers, compensation, fairness, camaraderie and workplace traits linked to innovation. According to the study, some 87 percent of employees surveyed agreed that FedEx is a great place to work.

Bronczek, president and chief operating officer of FedEx Corp. “We thank our 400,000 team members for making this recognition possible and for their commitment to the Purple Promise of making every FedEx experience outstanding.”
This marks the 13th time FedEx has been named to FORTUNE’s Best Companies to Work For list since the list’s inception 21 years ago. Last month, FedEx claimed the #9 spot on FORTUNE’s Most Admired Companies list, as well.
To select the 100 Best Companies to Work For, FORTUNE and Great Place to Work conducted one of corporate America’s most extensive employee surveys and then compared participants’ responses. This year, more than 310,000 employees from organizations across various industries were surveyed. The rankings account for the experiences of all employees, including women, people of color, LGBTQ individuals, older team members and disabled employees.
