OpusCapita’s digitizing production in Sweden, Norway, and Poland has been outsourced to a US-based BancTec, a global provider of enterprise information management and transaction processing solutions. The arrangement for global digitizing partnership was announced on 26th of June 2017.
Approximately 330 OpusCapita employees have been transferred to BancTec under current terms and conditions of employment. OpusCapita will continue to be responsible for some 800 invoice digitizing customers after the transfer. OpusCapita’s digitizing operations in Finland and Estonia have not been affected by this agreement.
The outsourcing partnership provides OpusCapita with an access to international digitizing network, and supports its growth strategy to become a leader in the global buyer–supplier ecosystem business.
