In the IPC SMMS ranking, CTT achieved a score of 79%, 6 percentage points more than in 2022, maintaining 5th place in a group of 23 postal operators worldwide.
The programme in question aims to address the postal sector's sustainability goals by the end of the decade, focusing on seven categories of intervention: health and safety, training, resource efficiency, climate change, air quality, circular economy and sustainable purchasing.
The IPC highlights the increase in the use of electric vehicles, as well as the consequent reduction in scope 1 and 2 emissions, as positive aspects of CTT's performance in relation to the sector. At the same time, it also highlights carbon efficiency and all the developments made in terms of health and safety at work.
