Lower postal service demand, including electoral services, drove a 33% drop in total revenue for Correo Argentino in 2020.

Total mail volumes fell by more than a third in the year, driven by lower volumes from corporate clients. The post also reported a drop in parcel volumes, delivering 20m items in 2020. To support e-commerce delivery, the post launched a number of new pick-up points through its retail outlets, as well as launching a network of parcel lockers. With state support for investment, the post continued to invest in network modernisation during 2020. For more details download the latest IPC Carrier Intelligence Report for Correo Argentino.
