Lower postal service demand, including electoral services, drove a 33% drop in total revenue for Correo Argentino in 2020.

Total mail volumes fell by more than a third in the year, driven by lower volumes from corporate clients. The post also reported a drop in parcel volumes, delivering 20m items in 2020. To support e-commerce delivery, the post launched a number of new pick-up points through its retail outlets, as well as launching a network of parcel lockers.
