Supported by a 26% increase in parcel volumes, Correos de Chile saw total revenue grow close to 5% in 2019.

Parcel services accounted for just under half of the post’s total revenue in 2019, having grown more than 5% over the prior year. However, segment and group performance were impacted by social unrest in the final quarter of the year, resulting in a 1% drop in revenue for Q4.
E-substitution continued to drive down mail volume and revenue, with the segment’s contribution to total revenue falling 3% in 2019. For more details download the latest IPC Carrier Intelligence Report for Correos de Chile.
