After growing by more than a third in 2020, parcels and express services accounted for close to three quarters of group revenue for Royal Mail.

Total parcel volumes grew 30% in the year, while Royal Mail’ tracked services recorded a 79% volume increase. However, domestic mail volumes fell by a quarter, driving a 13% drop in service revenue. For more details download the latest IPC Carrier Intelligence Report for Royal Mail.
