Russian Post’s total revenue increased 9% in 2019, with strong parcels and steady mail growth driving performance.

Strong growth in international services, supported by cross-border e-commerce, boosted performance for the parcels segment, while increased registered mail volumes supported mail revenue growth. Service expansion resulted in a 14% increase in express revenue in 2019. To support e-commerce demand, the post continued to upgrade its logistics network, as well as partnering with retailers to offer an expanded pick-up point network.
