- Every Office of Exchange (OE) is an important contributor to the quality of a cross-border network and needs to perform to uniformly high standards to provide the required end-to-end service performance
- Management and staff of an OE facility are fully engaged and involved in the Certification process
- It enhances learning, development, and passion for excellence in operations
- The process also creates an environment where best practices can be identified or shared across the members’ community
