General description:
- The OUC Governance Group at its March 2022 meeting approved a proposal to make PPM expertise and assistance available for IPC member posts preparing for the Certificate of Excellence. The PPM team offers pre-assessment support and support implementing actions arising from a certification assessment.
- Please note that individual requests for PPM support are to be presented to and approved by the OUC Governance Group, preferably prior to an upcoming OUC meeting to be included in briefing papers.
Objective of the session:
- Support posts in preparation for the Certificate of Excellence assessment employing some or all of the following means:
- Deep dive in Certification Checklist (criteria for certification)
- Monitoring of performance indicators on Certification Dashboard
- On-site observations
- Gap analysis
- Improvement plan and follow-up
Main benefits:
- Identifying opportunities for improvement
- Detailed analysis on EDI and on other KPIs as required
- Regular follow-up meetings to facilitate and support progress
